The Mailchimp Account Activity box on the admin dashboard shows a list of events, without any detail as to when the event occurred or to whom it refers. As a result, I typically see a list such as:
Type Message New Subscriber 1 new subscribers to My list New Subscriber 1 new subscribers to My list New Subscriber 1 new subscribers to My list ...
With all due respect, this information uses processing and network resources without really creating an actionable report. Rather than minimizing the block, I would prefer that the list not be created at all, as it doesn’t show me anything I don’t already know and does not make any of my work faster, more effective or more efficient. I have already received much more useful information about the same events coming directly from MailChimp.
Can we not disable completely the creation of such lists, so as to avoid needless use of processor and network resources?
