    I have started using Mailchimp and I have synced our store via the plugin Mailchimp for Woocommerce. Yesterday I created an abandoned cart e-mail. This e-mail is supposed to trigger 1 hour after someone added something to their cart + filled out their e-mail address according to Mailchimp customer support. I tried doing this 3 different times with different e-mail adresses as well as clearing my browser, but it did not work. I am afraid it has do with the fact the we are not using Woocommerce checkout, but Svea checkout so maybe it is not compatible or something.

    According to Mailchimp customer support the problem is likely due to a conflict with a plugin, most likely yours.

    Can you please offer me some guidance with this? I really want this to work.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues with the plugin.
    For us to be able to investigate further and possibly make both plugins compatible we need Sveas permission to do so. They base their development on demand so please let them know there is one.

    Thank you for your reply! Does this mean you can confirm that Mailchimp for Woocommerce and Svea checkout for Woocommerce are not compatible at this moment?

    We do not have explicit support for the plugin.
    That is we have not tested for it. But we can not say that they are not compatible either.
