Mail sent by form not being received

    Hi, I have setup a form in the footer of every page and one on the contact page. When i send a message via a form i don’t get any error messages but I am not receiving any notifications at the configured email address (***@gmail.com). I’ve tried setting notifications to a different address but still no joy.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Turns out I needed to create a new SMTP enabled email address to use as the sender email. And now messages are coming through in chrome and Firefox browsers.

    Doesn’t send form in opera on my android phone though, until I turned off adblocker which is enabled by default.

    Hi @matsp,

    When you get the chance, could you try configuring a SMTP plugin on your site to see if it helps resolve the issue? We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    Hi Ethan,

    Yep, already done. The issue is resolved though I haven’t checked it goes with the opera browser with adblocker on.
