Mail Pop-up on Specific Pages

    I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to put a lightbox popup or an optin box on specific pages.

    Basically I want to link from a Facebook page to a word press category but in order for them to get access to that they’ll need to put in their name and password in a form generated by mail poet.

    Any ideas?
