 * We are not suppose to receive bookings by mail ? Is no working and is not in 
   mail “SPAM”.
 * Can you help ?

    Receive bookings in your mail box! Booking emails Send 
   emails to the booker about their booking (accepted / rejected)

 * Have you enabled ‘Receive bookings via email’ in the contact form settings?
 * Otherwise, can you check if WordPress is able to send emails? You could use a
