    HI,

    I’m having 2 problems:

    —

    1. The {TICKETURL} var is not returning the page_id value for the Ticker Response Mais for User:

    User – Ticket response (error: doesn’t show the ticket page)
    /?page_id=&module=ticket&layout=ticketdetail&jssupportticketid=8

    —

    2. The Close Ticket Mail for User is not being sent.

    —

    Could you help me please?
