    Hallo,
    i use your plugin on last version and users are imported correctly, but i don’t receive any notification when i add users.
    Can you help me with this problem? All other mail from the site work … i don’t understand what is a problem

    Hi @lisa1984c

    Thank you for using Import Users From CSV.

    We do not send admin emails when a user is imported, but the user’s may receive an email about the import for the password reset (the same as manually creating a user).

    Would you like admins to receive an email about the user information that was imported?

    I don’t explain correctly don’t arrive mail to user that is it add

    Thank you for the clarification, did you select the “Notification” option at the time of import? Updating existing user’s won’t receive an email, as I believe it’s only newly imported users that didn’t exist before.

    yes i select all check present but user don’t receive any mail

    please help me because i need that this work … if you need access or if you tell me any suggest reply to this ticket. thank you very much

    I will run some further tests on my end to replicate the issue. Do you have any SMTP/Mail plugin installed?
