 * I updated to Booking Calendar 4.1.1 and since then the mails aren’t sent anymore.

   If I want to approve a mail, I have to unselect the ’email sending’ checkbox –
   otherwise I can’t approve an entry. If a new reservation is done, I (reservation
   manager) don’t get a message and the person doing the reservation get no mail
   either.
 * thank you for your help!

 * Hello,
    Its seems that this issue is relative to [this one](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/thank-you-message-not-showing?replies=4#post-4008103).
   Unfortunately we can not make any customizations at the client side of the client
   sites, please contact your administrator or support of hosting company, you can
   check the possible solution about this in the previous link. Thank you for understanding.

 * Hi Did you ever resolve this issue of emails not being sent??
 * I have exactly the same issue with the latest version of the free version. I
   have tested the setup on various clean installs of wordpress and I never get
   emails delivered to the person who creates the booking.
 * At first I thought it was my email server blocking the booking emails, but as
   far as I can see this doesn’t seem to the the case.
 * I know that wordpress is sending emails because I have tested with other plugins
   and testing by registering an account.
 * This is a great plugin which I have used for the last three years without any
   problems. So maybe its my setup, but I don’t think it can be, which only leaves
   the plugin
 * Any help with this would be amazing

 * Hello.
    The system is sending the emails to the admin and to the visitors in
   the same way, just change the email adress.
 * So if you are receiving the emails and customers not receive, please checke these
   points:
 * 1) If you are using the paid version, so please recheck that you are activated
   sending of emails to clients, at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
 * 2) please recheck the spam folder in visitors email.
 * 3) please recheck the error log of sending emails in your server, that your server
   is not block sending emails, because of some server settings.

 * Thanks for this, I have double checked all the settings and its still the same
   problem. I have even tried creating a booking on your test site, using various
   different email addresses and I never receive and email??
 * Maybe its the mailservers blocking things, but when I go and confirm the booking
   from the admin page I get the booking confirmed email OK, so I am completely
   mistified as to why this is not working!!
