# Mail formatting

 * Hi! The mail fontsizes looks a bit weird in outlook.
    The event name and date
   is much bigger than they should be, bolding them should be enough?

 * Sorry for the delayed answer. We don’t have access to Outlook for testing, but
   we’ve looked into this and can’t discover a reason it would be happening. There
   isn’t any extra HTML markup being wrapped around the values for the fields, so
   there shouldn’t be any reason for those to display differently.
 * If you’re still having an issue with this, could you please try forwarding one
   of the problematic emails to [support@simplyscheduleappointments.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mail-formatting/support@simplyscheduleappointments.com?output_format=md)
   so we can examine it and the HTML markup that’s included to see what we can sort
   out?
