Hi, first of all thank you for your great plugin.

the form is set for a maximum file size of 20 Mb, but when i try to send a file from the form, it function only if the file attached is smaller than 172 Kb.

I tried like a hundred of times with a hundred of different file, and if the file is smaller, the e-mail arrive. If the file is bigger, the mail doesn’t arrive, even if the form is correctly sent and all seems to work good.

This is the setting of the CF7

[mfile* upload-file limit:20971520 filetypes:pdf|txt|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|zip|odt|jpg|png|mobi|epub|docm|pages|rtf max-file:6]

Really hope you will be able to help me.
    Thank you

    Hello @worlandini ,

Make sure the total size of all files not exceeding 20MB, otherwise it will not be attached due to different file size restrictions of the email platform.

I tested your site and uploaded 6 files (sizes 200kb-1mb) and it seems fine.

    See here (https://ibb.co/80rW0WW)

Can you confirm if you receive my test?

Hi Glen, thank you very much for your answer.

    No, the mail didn’t arrive.
The problem is exactly this, all seems work good, but the mail arrive only if the file size is under a certain size. I tried many times, and if the file is under 170 Kb more or less it arrive, if it’s above, the mail does not arrive.

Th mail system itself work good and receive the other email without problem.

I used the plugin in different sites and always work perfect. This time it does like this. Do you have any ideas?

    Hello @worlandini ,

Can you please try deactivating my plugin and use the default upload of contact form 7?

We’ll see if you can receive the attachment with any size.

Also this is the first time reported with this issue, I’m not sure if it’s a server issue or a bug on my plugin.

    Thank You.

    Glen
