    Hello,
    i have installed your plugin and i have added mailchimp api key but when someone wins a prize there is any mail sent to the winner, please could you tell me is there any special configuration for the mail to work.

    Hi @mettichi

    Our free version is not capable of sending automated emails when users played. It only stores the user’s email in your mailchimp account so you can send them emails.

    Thanks a lot for your help and response, so how we can know the winner? mailchimp will store all emails of players but if someone wins a prize how we can know this?

    There is a log file in the plugin settings page which tells you who played & won.
