 * I have got Mail Chimp Widget for subscriptions working on the posts but not on
   the Pages. What settings do I need to get the Subscribe box on the Pages?

 * Depending on how you’re using the plugin, you can either add it into the sidebar
   of your theme or, if you don’t want to go that route, you can also add the shortcode
