Mail Catcher – Improvements Needed!

- The ability to respond to emails without creating a new message (which requires copying and pasting the sender’s email address, questions, etc.) is a critical update that’s needed.
- The ability to flag mail that you have responded to so that other admins know its been dealt with and it can be filtered out of the queue would make using Mail Catcher a much more user-friendly experience.
