# Mail Address

 * Hello Guys,
 * I had my client website with users will get the welcome email after subscribed.
 * But, make me curios all the email sending with the from address like. [webmaster@www.domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mail-address/webmaster@www.domain.com?output_format=md)
   it should be [webmaster@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mail-address/webmaster@domain.com?output_format=md).
 * I try to find it on DB but can’t find the value with “www”. Any clue how to fixed
   this?
 * Appreciate for help

 * In the past I have used Jetpack plugin and that works amazing for email subscription.

 * No I did not, is it possible cause by NS naming? I am remember only set as [http://www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com)
   as the domain name. Should I set using without www too?

   used for your client website? What’s the URL?

 * Make me curios when I tried to put the code in function to change the email address:
 *     ```
       add_filter('wp_mail_from', 'new_mail_from');
       add_filter('wp_mail_from_name', 'new_mail_from_name');
       function new_mail_from($old) {
       return 'noreply@abc.com';
       }
       function new_mail_from_name($old) {
       return 'John Doe';
       }
       ```
   
 * is working like a charm without www, but when I switched back to the helmindonesia.
   com is revert back the sender email address still using [http://www.helmindonesia.com](http://www.helmindonesia.com)

 * Still a little confused. Where is this function you have added ? Is it in one
   of the files is for your helmindonesia.com project ?
 * What about using jetpack as a plugin ? Are you even considering going down that

 * Yes that on the theme function. I tried the plugin mail sender too but still 
   not working, the address still using www.
 * Let me try jetpack, I will back with update.
