Magic Gallery Lightbox and Pikachoo Not Working

Hello, I am very new to word press and am having problems getting my gallery to display correctly. When I choose the light box option the gallery displays fine except for when in Internet Explorer. When I click on the image it opens up in a blank webpage instead of the frame type picture. It seems to work fine in Google Chrome though. Have a look

When I set the gallery to display in the Pikachoose format it just displays the pictures by themselves in a vertical format all the way down the page. There is no picture frame or display.
