 * I’m having this same issue. Please let me know if you resolve it. I contacted
   mad mimi and they said it’s the plug-in.

 * Could you provide an URL of the failure in action and the example code from MadMimi.
 * The plugin is pretty simple—it just passes form info to the provider—so probably
   a matter of something not entered in the settings correct.

 * Brandon, I ended up using mailchimp as that worked perfectly. It appears the 
   issue was coming from Mad Mimi and not the plug-in.
