 * Hello and thanks for this plugin. Madmimi integration is listed as a feature 
   but it isn’t actually displayed anywhere when configuring the plugin.

 * We don’t have an official integration with MadMimi yet but a lot of of our users
   have been using it by using their embed html form in our custom html feature.
 * Check this to get the embed form html from MadMimi: [http://help.madmimi.com/how-do-i-add-a-sign-up-webform-to-my-website/](http://help.madmimi.com/how-do-i-add-a-sign-up-webform-to-my-website/)
 * Once you have the html, go to edit your MailMunch opt-in form and on the “Design”
   step under “Form Fields”, select “Custom HTML” and paste the MadMimi form code.
