    I’m pretty savvy, but I believe this plugin may have just been too complicated in combination with the the site I was working on (which in itself is fairly complex).

    Sad. Had high hopes.

    xtinahall, this plugin runs on quite complicated websites like mashable.com, you just need to invest some more time into tuning the settings for your system/website. It can speed your site even out of the box but there are quite a few options you can tune to get your site faster.
