• The pre-order date came, and the plugin decided to put all pre-orders to completed and send all customers an e-mail. The release date was put back 2 months already for all these products, but that didn’t matter to this plugin. Now I have 100+ unhappy customers that I all have to find and email. Because this plugin put them all on completed, I cant even easily find them and I have to look through 1000’s of orders to find the 100+ affected orders. Thanks for a whole bunch of extra work and unhappy customers!

    Hello @martinlooij,
    I hope you are well

We’re sorry to hear about what happened

The plugin in the free version is configured by default to set pre-orders to a completed status once their pre-order dates have arrived. In your case, due to a delay in the release dates, it was necessary to change the pre-order dates for those items.

We can assist you with changing the pre-order dates for your 100+ pre-orders and automatically send an email to those customers using existing features, making it easy for you.

Please contact us through our portal for assistance, as, due to forum policies, we are unable to share any credentials, provide files/patches, or disclose sensitive information here.

    – Best Regards
