Macintosh and quicktags?

Can mac users NOT see the quicktags when posting in a WP blog? I cannot on my mac but I do on my windows computer and that is holding true for others whom I’ve had test.

Is there something I have to do (admin-wise) to “turn on” quicktags in editing mode? I don’t even see an image insert or the “more” quicktag or anything.

Please help!
