Thank you for making plugin better. We use ISO9 standard, system B (without diacritic characters).

Could you point to official government document/standard, adopted in Macedonia, with transliteration standard? We will be happy to make a fix then.

So far, you can use table filter (add it to your functions.php):

function my_cyr_to_lat_table( $ctl_table ) {
   $ctl_table['Џ'] = 'DJ';
   $ctl_table['џ'] = 'dj';
