# Certificate Issue

 * As of yesterday, any certificates that I had created do not show on the front
   end. On the back end, they just show a blank square. As you can see below.[](https://www.facebook.com/messenger_media/?attachment_id=927168529151217&message_id=mid.%24cAAI4-kDILVaTK8AoEQAPT1qN9xZN&thread_id=670754656349662)

 * Once I click on edit,  I can see the certificate is there. with the correct layers.
 * On the front end the download certifite button loads, and when it is clicked 
   it does nothing and does not show a preview as it normally does.
 * This issue is only for Certs i have created but not for the other instructors’
   certificates.
 * any suggestions ?
