    Sorry if I wasn’t clear before…

    I should explain that the forums site is built on WP 3.9.1, so the pages I mentioned support your lovely Civil Footnotes.

    I imagine that WP “pages” may be technically very different from bbPress “topics.” So I’m hoping you can find a way to extend the plugin’s power to the bbPress format?

    The WP 3.2x site still cannot be upgraded until I find “hover” support for acronyms too. Between them, Civil Footnotes and a new acronyms plugin will deliver the right presentation for scholarly subject matter.
