    Hello!

    I am trying to connect Woocommerce with Lulu Direct. There is a beta at the moment which allows for the integration (https://www.lulu.com/direct/stores), but every time I try, an error message appears, saying they cannot find my website (even though it is live). I am not too sure which entity is to blame, but was wondering if anyone else has found this issue when trying to connect Woocommerce with Lulu.

    If the integration is from Lulu, kindly reach out to them for further help as our support scope does not cover 3rd party plugins

    It appears like my WooCommerce storefront is not being picked up… Lulu somehow cannot read the fact that my site has Woocommerce on it, despite the fact that I can add products and sell items. Do I need to have a separate Woocommerce website in order for my account to be picked up by the third party provider?

    No, you don’t.

    Do you see a tick-mark against Connected to WooCommerce.com in your system status? You may share a copy of your site’s System Status here so we can check for you. Please find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    I am suffering the same issue – neither the direct integration or inputting API Keys manually allows Lulu Direct to “find” the WP WooCommerce Store – despite it being up and running. Getting the following errors.

    [After multiple attempts, we could not reach your store (fantastic-realities.com). The website returned 404 page not found.]

    [We could not connect your store. Please try again later.]

    Have tried a number of configuration adjustments to no avail.

    Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    The Lulu Integration with WooCommerce is developed by Lulu themselves and not WooCommerce.

    Have you tried reaching out to Lulu and asking them about this issue?

    Also, I’ll have to ask you to create a new topic. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue may be different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, themes, configurations, etc. Replying to threads is not recommended as per the Forum FAQ, and it’s possible that your reply will get archived.

    Please do contact Lulu first and if you found that the issue is related to WooCommerce then please create a new topic so we can proceed with further investigating this.

    Fair enough. I’ve dropped them a support ticket, hopefully they may have some insight. Neither Lulu’s or WooCommerce’s knowledge bases address this issue.

    I’ll wait and see it respond usefully. If not, then I’ll start a new topic.
