Do you mean when somebody uses <small> in a post/page the text doesn’t show up or the tag is removed?
tag is removed so it doesn’t show up
The tag is likely removed because you are using the WYSIWYG editor. Try with it turned off on your profile page, or click the HTML button on the editor and enter you tags there.

but it doesn’t work
I have had related problems, its as if wordpress filters out certain html elements. I can’t get to ever stay in my posts as well as the object tag or other more advanced html elements. I am rather new to wordpress and don’t know a lot about it. Maybe there is an html filter of some sort that filters out certain html elements that can be turned off?? Who knows.
Yee but the problem is still unsolved for my wp authors.
For me as a admin it works good.
