If you put <!–more–> in, say a blockquote, it wont close the blockquote tag…
That would be a strange place to put that tag though ?
wouldn’t you place it before or after the blockquote? Is that the only time your tag won’t close?
I use the <!–more–> In blockquotes (big ones) … That’s the only time tags dont close.
Try ending the blockquote, putting in your <!–more–>, then starting the blockquote again. It’ll look pretty much the same, won’t it?

That is because your css doesnt put a picture at the bottom of a blockquote.
