• I subscribe to the advanced coupon and loyalty/rewards add on. The rewards addon has not worked properly for around 6 months. WordPress tried to resolve but were unable to. They recommended I seek help from the app developer which I did several times. To date I have recieved absolutly zero response from their support people. Absoultely useless plugin. Expensive too as it began to fail immediately after I renewed for a year. Maybe when they see a 1 start review they may pull their finger out and actually offer some sort of after sales service. Rubbish

    We did receive your support request on October 10, regarding the points section not displaying on the My Account page. On the same day, our support team replied and requested temporary admin access so we could investigate further, as this type of issue is often related to theme or third-party plugin compatibility. We can see that our reply was viewed, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a follow-up or access details, which meant we were unable to continue debugging the issue.

    We’re always happy to help, but for site-specific issues like this, access is required to properly diagnose and resolve the problem. While we do our best to maintain compatibility, we can’t guarantee functionality with every third-party plugin or custom setup without further investigation.
