Lower-case redirection not working | WordPress.org

We’ve created redirections gbfb.org/Harvest (works) and gbfb.org/harvest (does not work). /harvest directs us to an error page, which we have confirmed is not a Classy issue. We’ve always set up redirections this way without issue, and have tried a number of things to fix it. What else am I missing here?

What is Classy?

This one is being redirected by Redirection:
https://redirect.li/http/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gbfb.org%2FHarvest

This one is being redirected by something else:
https://redirect.li/http/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gbfb.org%2Fharvest

I should have clarified – Classy is the donation platform we use and where this redirection is going. Both have been created using Redirection – so how can /harvest be redirected by something else?

Other things can perform redirects, not just Redirection. You will need to work out what is doing it.

I really couldn’t say. It’s entirely specific to your site and not related to Redirection. Another plugin? Your theme? Some other server redirect you might have configured? It is redirecting to https://my.gbfb.org/sslpage.aspx?pid=380 – does that mean anything? It looks like a server config thing.
