    I’ve built and tested my popup and it seems to be working fine. I’ve set it so it opens for each person once a day when they visit the site and I’ve set it so it opens when the site loads. I have about 600 people a day visit my site but the counter says the popup has only been viewed less than 50 times. Why would this be the case and how do I fix it? Thanks.

    Hi, it seems my popup works on pages but not on posts. It also appears that woo commerce plugin is causing a problem with popups on posts on my site as this problem occurs on every popup plugin I’ve tried. Do you have any ideas as to why this might be?

    The transfer link doesn’t work for me. The get link box is greyed out. The popup works on my pages but doesn’t work on my posts. When I deactivate woocommerce the popup works on both my pages and posts. That’s the problem. website is chameleonschool.com

    May we kindly ask you to give us the post URL where the popup does not work and the page URL where the popup works fine?
    Also, please send us a screenshot from your popup’s Display Rules so that we can check its settings.
