Low Hit Rate

    Hey mate, how is it going? Me again! =)

    I noticed the Hit rate in our WooCommerce shop is now as low as 4%… it was around 40% but today it went down to 4%… any hints about that?

    Hi,

    Nothing much, still in pandemic mode.

    A low hit rate happens when the cache has been expired or flushed.

    – If your docket cache has been updated to the latest version. It possible cache file has been flushed. Disable auto-update “Configuration -> PLUGIN OPTIONS -> Docket Cache Auto-Updates” to prevent auto-update in future.

    – Increasing cache lifespan, may refer it here https://docs.docketcache.com/constants#docket_cache_maxttl

    – Enable Cache Log. “Configuration -> Cache Log” and monitor any Hits, Miss.
