Lovely Plugin, There's Essential Upgrades Needed

This plugin is lovely, you can customise emails, schedule them, easily collect leads, have single and double opt-in, it’s good… but it’s missing a couple of features that even basic newsletters allow.

1 – it would be nice to have the option to re-direct to a thank you page after form submission.
2 – would be great to be able to add an onClick event without editing core plugin files.

Why?
Both of those improvements are superb answers and methods for people to be able to track conversion rates / goals with Google Analytics… right now, theres no way for me to track how successful this form is. Hence, 3 stars.
