Love this plugin – it’s made our workflow so much more efficient!

We use Fluent Boards Pro for a variety of projects, but the main use is for complex price quotes that require a number of steps and follow-up from the time of the price quote until the quote is approved or rejected. There are several staff members who work on this, and until now it was a disorganized mess. Now, most customers start by filling out a form on our site (thanks, Fluent Forms) that helps us understand exactly what they want. That automatically creates a task in Fluent Boards and assigns it an initial user. From there, we have a great workflow, with the ability for any employee to clearly see what’s happening at every step of the process, add comments as needed, etc.
What I also love is that they’re constantly improving this plugin according to customer requests. For example, I requested the ability to move custom fields around, and this is now a possibility! For me, personally, the only feature still missing is a time clock (preferably also with a Pomodoro option) so that users can time themselves while working. (There is a place to input amount of time worked, but I want an automatic option.) But even without that, this is a wonderful plugin that has hugely improved our workflow and work processes – and gives us the numbers to see how we’re doing (e.g., how many quotes have been approved vs. rejected) – and has helped us grow our business by making sure no one falls between the cracks. A solid five stars from me!
