Love this plugin and its support!

I love this plugin and especially how helpful Jeff Starr is in helping me understand things. He has responded quickly to my questions, once on a Saturday. If you check out the 1-star rating below you will see how much he tried to help a woman concerning spam. She eventually admitted it might be due to things on her end and not the plugin, but apparently, she was not willing to change her rating.
