• Just wondering why have a support forum if nobody responds?

My post from a few weeks ago went unanswered.. and then my most recent one too..

The support forum is automatically generated for each theme and plugin released on the WordPress.org repositories.

This is a consequence of using volunteer-based support. I’m sure the author would respond if you were paying for that service.

yeah.. and my question is as simple as I need the posts that show up on the home page to show up newest on top and then descend compared to as it is now.. with oldest on top ?

Any thoughts? or help you could provide? http://www.nbchiro.com

    Much appreciated

What a shame… The author of the THEME ignores you.. the WP.org forums ignore you..

Guess thats why people BUY themes.. #hemingway #andersnoren #fail

Try waiting longer than 23 hours before complaining. Free support is often offered in a developer’s spare time. If you want commercial-type support, buy a commercial theme.

People respond if they know the answer and have time to respond. You can relate to this by asking yourself why you haven’t responded to other people’s support topics.
