The problem is you don’t have colorbox properly installed.
Uncaught TypeError: Object function (a,b){return new n.fn.init(a,b)} has no method ‘colorbox’
Make sure LightBox Plus Colorbox plugin is active.
Go to Appearence>Lightbox Plus menu from admin page. and try a demo to see if it’s working!

Ok I think I found the problem.
If you have an older version of WordPress you need to reinitialize Lightbox Plus ColorBox.
Follow this steps:
- Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=lightboxplus;
- Expand the last box on that page (“Lightbox Plus ColorBox – Reset/Re-initialize”) by clicking on it;
- press “Reset/Re-initialize Lightbox Plus ColorBox” button
- refresh page

*Important note: I tried your plugin on two brand-new WordPress 3.8.1 sites, and both times it didn’t work.
Going to the Appearance > Lightbox Plus menu in WP-Admin and doing the Reset/Re-initialize on the bottom fixed it. So…something’s not happening on initial install – in case that helps you figure it out.
Note to anyone trying this – if the path Dudaster gave directly above for the reset doesn’t work, then just do the Appearance / Lightbox Plus route and that’ll work.
