    Lousy Support. I bought Schema Pro for $249 from their website. For the event schema, there were two issues. One was their timezone was set for the wrong time zone, even though it was set properly on my WP settings. They wouldn’t help out. And another issue that I proved with google documentation they were wrong about. I asked for a $249 refund, and the support never responded. This is a lousy model for customer support.

    It was 17 days after I bought the plugin that I submitted a ticket about these issues. My ticket id was 146930. I have since then disabled the plugin and want my money back for simple issues that you should be able to resolve.

    The issue actually was faced in the paid plugin which is different than the one listed here. It was a rare thing and we needed time for the developers to look into it and understand what exactly was happening.
