    I’m really sorry to hear it. Did you really post ticket on our website ? Maybe for some reason it’s didn’t created or something … If you tell that you even didn’t get any confirmation email. I guess it’s could related with some mail server problem.

    We have sent you reply for your new ticket, but in few minutes got reply from mail server with error:

    SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<support_robot> SIZE=4167:
    host mx00.onand.com [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX]: 550-Requested action not taken:
    mailbox unavailable
    550 invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record

    Do you able to submit the same ticket here: http://robosoft.co/new-ticket from another email? I’ll post the same reply to you then.

    i don’t know what any of that error message means.
    show i just enter a different email address in the form field you provide?

    I have to change my opinion. robosoft did a great job. i don’t know what the problem with my emails was but everything is alright now!
