 * To be quite frank, the product itself is fantastic. It could use more documentation,
but in absence of that a user should be able to seek support, which brings me
to the 1-star rating. Support for this plugin is absolutely atrocious. Of nearly
a 1,000 support requests only a mere 10% of them have been resolved in _two months_.
 * Free product or not, but that is simply inexcusable. Both my wife and I made
support topics regarding the same issue spanning the last 30 days and neither
of them have been answered (let alone received a response).
 * You know why people opt for antiquated third-party solutions like ZenCart? Because
their free support is outstanding. Support for WooCommerce (and by comparison,
WordPress as well) is quite possibly the worst product support in the history
   of the internet.

 * After successfully resolving my issues with WooCommerce on my own, I’ve encountered
yet another ludicrous design flaw: the whole product is freemium. Several features(
such as coupons, product add-ons, etc) are free with ZenCart, yet with WooCommerce,
they expect you to pay upwards of $30 for one extension.
 * Again, the WooCommerce product itself might have potential, but the author(s)
and the overall business approach is a complete joke.

 * I think you’re mistaken with your last comment. There are coupons in core! Add-
ons aren’t but there are 3rd party solutions if you don’t want to buy official
extensions. The official extensions incidentally come with premium support.
