    I bought the event ticket plus and have issues with the following error, which prohibits people from buying tickets “There was a problem with the Order status change, please try again.” We have a major event and I logged a ticket — which has no response in 24 hours…I though that when you had a license you got priority service…

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

    I see that the problem you’re having is related to PayPal and the integration with Tickets Commerce, on Event Tickets and not on Event Tickets Plus.

    Our engineers are currently reviewing an issue that can be possibly related to the problem you’re experiencing. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Our support representatives we’ll be following up with you on the ticket you have opened. Although we’re always trying to improve our response times and make them as dynamic as we can, I checked the times and there were responses within the 24hs. Unfortunately, this week was the memorial day in the USA and that affected a bit our support resourcing.

    It is very poor service from the team. The plugin has created huuge issues for our club and we are now stuck.
