 * Hello,
    Sorry if i am not at the right topic. I need a WordPress plugin to create
   mini lotteries in my website for my users , the prize will be technology products.
 * SUBSCRIPTIONS TO THE LOTTERIES MUST BE RESTRICTED ON ONLY USERS OF THE WEBSITE
 * This plugin must give me the ability to :
    1. add a lottery 2. Delete a lottery
   3. Modify a lottery 4. in each lottery I must have an option to set a random 
   user as a winner and close the lottery 5. Limit the number of users who can subscribe
   to each lottery. Is there a plugin like this? Where can i found it? Thanks, John
