• The previous support ticket is still an issue that is also affecting us. We got the same “A connection error occurred. To reconnect your store, please go to WooCommerce, disable the Easyship app, then re-enable it” error message. The only way to remove the error was to completely delete the WooCommerce integration with our store on Easyship’s website. It was only set up for a day. Hopefully we don’t have to keep doing this.

The Easyship website seems very high tech, but when it comes to the WooCommerce plugin, it seems like it isn’t getting much attention. In addition to this issue of the store disconnecting for no reason, the shipping options and their rates don’t update according to the total weight of the products at checkout. The main purpose of this integration is dynamic rates. That not working at all is a huge problem making this completely unusable. On top of all that, the duty and tax calculations are wrong. They were crazy high according to Easyship, so I checked them against some other sources for clothing exported from the United States to Canada. Easyship seems off.
