• Using Flash Free, but HONESTLY expect to go pro if my woes so far prove easy to resolve.

Not great to see “ads” for Zakra when one is trying to use a 1-2 year old theme!

Couldn’t upload the 3 PNG files one probably will see on the site (green circle-icons). (had to use FTP)
Don’t know why they have expanded/nor how to “cut them back.”

    The slideshow is VERY un-intuitive.

Why is the main menu where it is (way over to the right) – one would think that the default would be at the left or centered. How can I change this … short of hiring a developer?

    Thanks.

There were numerous other problems, but I’ll chalk them up to network traffic, WP changing versions every month or something else beyond TG’s control or mine.

  • Hi,

Firstly, thanks for reporting your experience with the theme here. It helps us to improve the theme and update it to provide our user with a better experience.

Regarding the image issue, can you let us know what happens or what issue ( error message ) exactly did you get while uploading an image? So, that we can understand the issue and suggest a solution as it might be caused by the site configuration which can be fixed in various ways. Also, can you let us know the problem with the slideshow? If you try changing the options available in the widget, you might make more intuitive as you like. Let us know if there’s a specific need for it, let us know.

For the main menu position, there are options provided in the theme. You may go to your
Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Flash Theme Options > Header Settings and choose the second layout for left positioning of the main menu.

Finally, while checking the site, it seems you’ve used the default template and hence caused the layout issue. So, could you go to the Homepage Edit Screen > Page Attributes > Template and change it to Pagebuilder and Update the page?

We look forward to hearing from you and hope this information is useful.

    Good Day,
    Best Regards.
