    We have been happily using the plugin but in the last week or so we have been blocked from using the site. Whitelisting our IP fixed this but a number of customers have also been blocked. I thought turning off anti crawler would work, but people are still reporting issue. They are being blocked from the site before getting there. Should we turn off anti flood too? We can’t have people being blocked from the site.
    The spam logs all look correct.

    the people who have been blocked due to anti-flood are uk users that i am guessing getting wrongly flagged. These two parts were working correctly but has really started playing up in the last week. Is this a known issue?

    Yes, disabling the options Anti-Crawler and Anti-Flood solves this issue in most cases.
    And yes, it’s a known issue.

    My client also had this happen to them today and I came onto the forum looking to see if anyone else had this happen to them.

    Definitely, something going on with the Plugin that’s been recent.
