We have been happily using the plugin but in the last week or so we have been blocked from using the site. Whitelisting our IP fixed this but a number of customers have also been blocked. I thought turning off anti crawler would work, but people are still reporting issue. They are being blocked from the site before getting there. Should we turn off anti flood too? We can’t have people being blocked from the site.
The spam logs all look correct.
