    I have a problem with the French text of the mail to have a new password.

    Translation :

    Quelqu’un a demandé le renouvèlement de son mot de passe pour le compte suivant :

    HTML & rsquo codes; and & nbsp; are not converted before being sent by mail.
    Is it a mistake to put the HTML code in the translation?
    Does he lack the conversion of HTML before sending the email ?
