I don’t know where to start.

First, jetpack keeps disconnecting from my website.

I tried to connect it to an account I use but it only shows today’s traffic.

I have used jetpack for about ten years.

I can’t find the account where all my traffic is stored.

If I disconnect, do I lose all my traffic data?

How do I find out where all the traffic is stored?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mcerisano

Dou your Try disconnect and connect again your Jetpack account, do you use some cache plugin? try to flush old cache data. I suggest you make another insight data from your visitor using another service, you can use Google analytic, it`s free https://analytics.google.com/

If you have any question, just get in touch.

    Hi @mcerisano

Jetpack is cloud based service, there should be no problem with your data. Maybe now they they’re doing some maintenance.

    Thanks.

    Found it.

Site was mysteriously disconnected in June. Therefore I saw no traffic when selecting days since I could only see the last 30 days or so.

When I selected months I saw all my traffic which ended in June. 🙁
