[Plugin: Jetpack] Lost Subscribers After Reactivating Jetpack

I was in the process of migrating from wp.com to a self host and lost my subscribers. I had successfully migrated my subscribers, but was having issues connecting social media due to the fact that I originally connected using a temporary URL on the self host. I reactivated the plugin. I was able to connect my social media, but now have no subscribers. I tried re migrating, but now neither site shows subscribers
