# Lost slider

 * I hope I’m in the right forum.
 * I correctly installed Carousel and it was working perfectly. I have two websites
   and have Carousel slider on both. On one of my sites both of my slider galleries
   have disappeared.
 * I watched the video instructions, deactivated and reactivated Carousel. Cleared
   the cache on my browser, went to settings>media and made sure tiled mosaic was
   right, set Carousel setting correctly and still I have no slider.
 * It just vanished. How do I get it back? I have two Carousel pages and neither
   are working. As I said, the second website has Carousel and it is working.
 * What to do?

 * Hey cyclesha…, Probably it’s jQuery problem. Try [this custom carousel plugin](http://www.hussainbilal.com/wp-carousel-slider-posts/)
   which I used on my website. No matter whether you use one/multiple carousel on
   single page or different pages. It is working fine in both the cases.
