lost site after update to WP 3.1

    I updated a site without backup (I know, I know, I wrongfully thought there were a backup made…crying…).

    Now I can’t get acces to the site – any ideas (the site wa being built and was still closed for searchengines…).

    Please please…..I hope, I dont have to do it all over again…

    try:
    – resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – Doing a manual upgrade by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
