Lost saved form when creating new one

    We’re trying out Jazzy Forms to create a complex carbon footprint calculator for our organization. There seemed to be an error in our formula, so my colleague tried to create a new form to test out the formulas, and for some reason the first form disappeared. Since then we’ve tested it out a number of times and have not been able to save more than one form in our system. It seems like others have been able to do this, but not us.
