  • a customer emailed me stating he was unable to make a purchase, saying he “tried everything” and has cookies enabled. i haven’t heard back from him yet as to what browser/version he’s using, but it causes me to wonder how many people have the same problem but don’t report it and just go elsewhere instead.

    it seems C66 can be very temperamental depending on some not so obvious IE settings, which i suspect he’s using.

    if anyone could help test my cart by just seeing if you can add an item and get to PayPal, i’d be very appreciative. please let me know what browser and version you use. site is

  • the customer, which i just lost, finally got back to me – he was using both Firefox 3.6.18 and IE 8.0.6001.18702.

    he states that he tried several times to reset security and privacy preferences in both browsers to their default and… cart empty

    I have the same issue
    It appens pretty often with IE but also with Chrome and FF if you leave the page idle for long time but in this case restarting the browser solve the problem
    anyway I’m looking somewhere else (another plugin or platform) because I’m striving for nothing

    Works in:
    IE 8.0.6001.18702
    Firefox 401
    opera 11.50
    Safari 505

    However in Ie the Buy Now is about 5 px wide as opposed to in the other browsers about 100px wide.
